What is a smart vending?
Vending+ is a technology-based smart vending solution that offers convenience, efficiency, and security. It has features such as remote monitoring, real-time sales data, cashless payments, and inventory management to improve the customer experience and simplify vending for both customers and operators.
Is an internet connection required to operate a smart vending machine?
Vending+, a smart vending system can work both with and without an internet connection. When it is offline, only cash payments are accepted as electronic (cashless) payments and e-wallets require an internet connection. Transactions made then will be saved temporarily and updated to the server when the internet connection is back.
What are the ways to handle a smart vending machine?
Vending+ machines have the capability for cloud-based active monitoring of the machine’s operational status, online presence, and potential failures such as bill/coin acceptor malfunction or system updates/upgrades.
How can I see my product inventory?

The vending sales trends is for you to survey the ranking of popular products, units sold, sales of machines located at different areas, and individual machines. The sales trends presented in the Blueware admin panel will be divided into several sections: product trend, unit trend, location trend and machine trend.

BlueWare will provide you an admin panel for adjusting the sales price wirelessly. The admin/operator can easily modify the price through the integrated panel, eliminating the need for traditional manual adjustments at each vending machine. Laundry+ is a smart laundry solution for managing laundry services that involves the use of smart loyalty cards for washing and drying clothes, which are monitored and managed remotely through an admin panel.
Does Laundry+ require internet to work?
Our smart laundry system can work both online and offline. When offline, only cash payments can be accepted as electronic payments and e-wallets need an internet connection. Any transactions made during this time will be saved locally temporarily and then transferred to the server once the internet connection is restored.
