Accelerate Your Industrial Testing Processes

BlueDAQ accelerates industrial testing by providing a fast sampling rate, easy-to-use waveform display, and accurate data analysis through voltage and timing rule checking. It also includes convenient features such as loading/saving config files, generating reports, and saving wave data files.

Hardware Specification:

  • Up to 1 MSPS sampling rate per channel
  • 8-bit resolution
  • 36 channels, single ended only, same ground reference.
  • Input impedance at 1Mohm
  • 3 input voltage ranges (0-5V and 0-20V and +/-10V)
  • Capture and store 1-minute worth of data
  • Simultaneous sampling (same clock for all channels)
  • 1 Single channel edge triggering (rising/falling), with adjustable threshold and selectable channel
  • User selectable trigger position (as 0-99% of total capture buffer)
  • Selectable channels for data capturing

Software Specification:

  • Load config file, save to config file, arm/disarm(start/stop), generate report, save wave data file
  • Individual waveform display for each channel, with vertical/horizontal zoom features
  • Detail waveform display tool for advance control/settings
  • Selectable time range (max 1-minute)
  • User defined pass/fail condition, with profile/recipe settings
  • Voltage rule checking features

Profile/recipe settings and configuration:

  • Selectable voltage range for each channel (0-5V, 0-20V, +/-10V)
  • Timing checking rules: Example: Ch1 rising edge to Ch2 falling edge must be less than 100us.
  • Voltage checking rules: Example: Define edge #n (rise/fall) and time window to calculate steady state voltage.
  • Edge detection for timing check. Example: Edge threshold prefill with half Vrange (user editable). Same edge used as ADC triggering threshold.
  • User specify triggering channel, edge (rise/fall) and voltage threshold(same as above) and voltage delta (amount of voltage change required to register an edge)
  • Profile/recipe save features
  • Voltage rule checking features

Report generation feature:

  • GUI to input report header information
  • Auto report in .html / .PDF format
