What makes a laundry system “smart”?
Laundry+ is a smart laundry solution for managing laundry services that involves the use of smart loyalty cards for washing and drying clothes, which are monitored and managed remotely through an admin panel.
Does Laundry+ require internet to work?
Our smart laundry system can work both online and offline. When offline, only cash payments can be accepted as electronic payments and e-wallets need an internet connection. Any transactions made during this time will be saved locally temporarily and then transferred to the server once the internet connection is restored.
How to manage a smart laundry system?
You will be notified as Laundry+ have the capability for active monitoring of the machine’s operational status, online presence, and potential failures such as system updates/upgrades or bill/coin acceptor malfunction, all through the comprehensive cloud-based admin panel.
How does the payment system function in Laundry+?
The Laundry+ customers must first sign up for membership and receive a physical membership card. They can then add credit to their account using e-wallets, cards, or cash at a kiosk. Finally, they can simply tap their card on the washing or dryer machine to start it.
How can I keep track of how much money I’m making from my laundry business?
The admin panel dashboard generates real-time sales reports and analytics by utilising data collected from each washing/dryer machine, which includes transaction details and machine performance. This allows the admin/operator to keep track of sales trends and monitor the functioning of the machines. The information is displayed in the form of visually appealing graphs and bar charts for your easy understanding of sales performance which can be analysed and filtered based on outlet, machine and date.
What’s an easy way to keep tabs on my laundry sales trend?
The smart laundry sales trends presented in the admin panel will be divided into several sections: outlet trend, machine trend and payment trend so that you could survey the ranking of the payment type used, sales of machines located at different outlets eg.: Bukit Mertajam, Bayan Lepas etc., and individual machine sales trends.
Will I be able to adjust my laundry service price?
BlueWare will provide you an admin panel that enables you to change pricing across different locations with varying rates through cloud-based access, without having to physically visit each outlet. This is made possible by our online data storage, which enables smart laundry machines in outlets to be grouped by location or managed individually.
Is it possible to connect my existing laundry machines with a smart laundry system?
Yes, it is possible to integrate the existing laundry machines with the Laundry+ system by retrofitting or upgrading the machines with necessary technology, such as card readers or communication ports. This will allow for real-time data monitoring and management through the BlueWare admin panel.
How to prevent theft and minimise the risk of laundry cash loss?
The Laundry+ business owners can have worry-free transactions because (cash, coins or digital) payment is received before any sales take place and all transactions are recorded by the server with comprehensive transaction logs, allowing for traceability of sales from each outlet.
