Penang, Malaysia – Blueware Malaysia recently organised a special team-building event to bring its staff closer together. The event was held at Penang Bowl, Georgetown, and was followed by a delicious meal at Sarkies, Eastern & Oriental Hotel, Georgetown.
The event included staff members from different departments like HR/Admin, Software, and Engineering, ranging from entry-level interns to top executives. It was attended by the Managing Director, Technical Director, and Sales Director, emphasising the company’s commitment to build a strong team.
The day began at 9 am with a friendly bowling competition at Penang Bowl. Staff formed teams of three and had a great time playing three rounds of bowling. It was a mix of fun and competition, where everyone supported and cheered for each other while competing.
“Throughout the bowling games, it was amazing to see our staffs from different areas working together and having fun,” said the Managing Director of Blueware Malaysia. “We believe that a strong team is the key to our success, and events like this help us build the relationships and trust that drive our company forward.”
After the fun bowling games, everyone headed to Sarkies, Eastern & Oriental Hotel, Georgetown, for a tasty lunch where they relaxed and chatted. The winners of the bowling competition received prizes from the Directors, and the Managing Director also shared some motivational words to boost everyone’s spirits.
“These team-building events are crucial for our company’s culture,” said the Technical Director. “It’s not just about work; it’s also about creating an environment where employees feel appreciated and supported, which leads to better teamwork and performance.”
The Sales Director added, “We are not just coworkers; we are like a close-knit family. Events like this remind us that we can work hard and have fun together.”
